Money and Pensions Service (MaPS) is seeking a Policy Manager to develop policy, standards and guidance for the pensions dashboards service, translating legislation into operational requirements for industry and service delivery teams across the UK.

You will work with regulators and government bodies to shape policy positions, monitor ecosystem health and risk, and deliver enforceable standards to ensure compliance and consistent service for users.

Formación

• Proven experience leading policy development and translating policy into service requirements.
• Strong relationship management skills to influence and build consensus with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills to balance priorities, meet timelines and deliver quality outputs.
• Experience working with data and insights to understand product/service impact, compliance, performance and risks.
• Experience in UK pensions policy is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor service and industry performance to identify risks and provide evidence-based policy advice.
• Provide policy leadership in cross-functional teams to align service delivery with legislative and regulatory frameworks.
• Support development and improvement of clear, enforceable standards for pension providers and dashboard providers.
• Collaborate with regulators and the Department for Work and Pensions on policy positions.
• Communicate policy positions and standards to external stakeholders including industry and government.
• Analyse the impact of new policies, legislation, and regulations on the service and its customers.
