Job summary

Reed Talent Solutions in Bedford invites an experienced Product Manager to lead data product development for the Pension Dash-board programme and related initiatives. You will work with internal teams and external stakeholders such as the Department for Work and Pensions, The Pensions Regulator, and The Financial Conduct Authority to shape product delivery.

Qualifications

• Agile and Lean practices demonstrated in a working environment.
• Using user and stakeholder insights to define problems and improve outcomes.
• Understanding product life cycle phases and how needs vary across them.
• Describing how product management fits within multi-disciplinary teams and balances user and business needs.
• Creating and prioritising goals, making evidence-based decisions, and using product management methods.
• Communicating with stakeholders, building consensus, and improving relationships using evidence.
• Making decisions aligned to organisational strategy and explaining the importance of having a strategy.
• Identifying priority outcomes and the importance of baseline data.
• Describing the value of your work and identifying opportunities for reuse and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development and iteration of one or more data products or services.
