Job summary

Adecco are recruiting a Resource Management Planner to support Devon & Cornwall Police in Plymouth. This temporary, full-time role offers £14.10 per hour and runs until February 2027.

Your duties include maintaining staffing levels, reporting on resourcing, data entry in Force IT systems, and acting as a first point of contact for resource requests. UK residency for 5 years and police vetting are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain staffing levels for daily policing and operations.
• Identify and report staffing shortfalls; escalate as needed.

• Support upkeep of staff skill base and training.
• Produce reports to aid resourcing decisions.
