Sussex and Surrey IT Departments are seeking a full-time Devices Technician based at Surrey HQ, Guildford. You will provide second-line support for desktops, laptops, cameras, smartphones and printers, travelling to Force and multi-agency sites to install and support endpoint devices.

You will manage tickets using Halo ITSM, perform hardware setup, configuration and deployment, and contribute to the rollout of new services while developing required skills.

Qualifications

• Strong competency with computer hardware and peripherals, operating systems and office applications.
