North Yorkshire Police are looking for committed and motivated individuals to join our PNC (Police National Computer) Records team in Northallerton as PNC Records Officers.
We’re recruiting for current vacancies and building a holding list for future opportunities. This means that even if a role isn’t immediately available, your application will be considered for upcoming positions within a 12 month period.
In this role, you’ll help keep vital police records accurate and up to date. Your main duties will include creating, managing, and sharing PNC data linked to arrests and convictions. Accuracy is key – you’ll need a sharp eye for detail to spot and fix any errors quickly.
You’ll work closely with colleagues and external partners to make sure the information on the PNC is correct. You’ll also use other national and local systems to check records and resolve any issues.
