Job summary

Police Scotland is seeking a PMO Support Executive to deliver high-quality operational and administrative support to the Transformation function, ensuring effective governance and reporting across departments and primary boards.

You will coordinate information, support governance, produce insightful reports and enable timely delivery of major change initiatives, while engaging with a wide range of teams and stakeholders across Scotland.

Qualifications

• Experience providing durable administrative support within a governance or programme management environment.
• Ability to collate papers, take minutes and support high-level meetings.
• Strong communication and organisational skills to manage multiple inquiries and papers.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administration support to the Transformation function.
• Ensure the provision of a clerical and administration service, including collation of papers, minute and note taking.
• Manage correspondence systems and processes including the allocation of enquiries and management of mailboxes as required.
• Support Boards and Departmental high level meetings including attendee management and support for agenda setting.
