Qualifications

Job description

Transformation in Police Scotland is responsible for designing, governing and delivering the organisational changes, technology improvements and business modernisation needed to achieve Vision 2030 and create a safer, more effective and sustainable police service.

As a PMO Analyst working at the heart of the transformation portfolio, you will provide analytical, governance and portfolio management support to ensure programmes and projects are delivered effectively and aligned to strategic goals. Through data-driven insight, reporting, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement, you will help enable informed decision-making, manage portfolio performance and drive successful delivery of organisational change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Police Scotland’s Transformation portfolio, by providing comprehensive PMO analysis throughout the end-to-end lifecycle of project delivery
• Support the maintenance of the Transformation Portfolio Management Tool
• Undertake responsibilities such as exception reporting, supporting compliance and monitoring progress of the Transformation Portfolio, including portfolio variation management
• Provide MI to the Executive and Senior Management teams to enable key decision making for the portfolio in alignment with strategic objectives
