Job summary

Zero Waste Scotland is seeking a PMO Officer to support governance, performance and delivery across portfolios, programmes and projects. You will produce high-quality reporting, manage data and help ensure processes are followed, while collaborating with programme teams and governance bodies.

You will act as a key contact for PMO systems, provide training and guidance, and help maintain and evolve PMO tools and standards to promote consistency and efficiency throughout the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Collate, evaluate, and manipulate data. Maintain libraries, registers and PMO systems, working with colleagues to ensure data is reported regularly and systems are accurate.
