Espuk operates a fast-paced PMO in Tamworth and seeks a proactive Project Coordinator to support IT and business projects. You will coordinate activities, manage stakeholder communications and assist project execution in a growing environment.

The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Prince2 certification is advantageous, with a clear path for career development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project coordination or administration delivering projects successfully.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
• Prince2 or similar certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers to plan, schedule, and coordinate activities for timely delivery.
• Monitor progress, deadlines, and budgets, addressing deviations proactively.
• Prepare scope documents, business cases, plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Facilitate communication between teams, stakeholders and vendors.
• Track expenses and resources, maintaining records and reports.
• Support risk management and issue resolution, escalating challenges promptly.
• Contribute to improving PM practices through process enhancements.
