Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Tamworth team on-site, five days a week. You will help coordinate project activities, manage documentation, track progress and support PMO delivery.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a Project Coordinator or Project Administrator role with strong organisational and communication skills. IT/PMO experience is a plus, and a UK driving licence is advantageous.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or similar role.
• Experience within IT or PMO environments would be highly advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, schedules and stakeholder communications.
• Produce and maintain project documentation and reports.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, resources and deadlines.
• Support risk management and issue resolution processes.
• Contribute to PMO improvements and project delivery best practices.
