Job summary

University of Manchester is hiring three PMO Project Coordinators to support the PMO with project reporting, documentation and day-to-day operations across a diverse research portfolio. Based at the Royce Institute with hybrid working, you will help run reviews, coordinate resources and ensure smooth information flow between internal teams and external partners.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, a degree or equivalent, and experience in budgeting or project

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholders
• Ability to work independently with initiative
• Strong numeracy and ability to interpret financial information
• Educated to degree level or equivalent, English and Maths GCSE standard

Responsibilities

• Support tracking of high-volume research activity funded through the centre
• Participate in project review meetings and present information on finances and progress
• Provide non-financial project administration and documentation
• Manage information flow between PMO Operations, partners and university
• Coordinate resource planning, recruitment, events, and reporting activities
