Job summary

ERGO UK Specialty in London seeks an experienced Project Manager to join the Operations team and support delivery of strategic projects, PMO governance and operational improvements across the Group. This is a varied role for someone who is highly organised, delivery-focused and confident working with stakeholders to bring structure, clarity and momentum to project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, project coordination or PMO delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail for quality work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with milestones.
• Maintain RAID logs, reporting packs and governance records.
• Support PMO standards, governance frameworks and controls.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication.
• Identify, assess and manage risks, issues, dependencies and changes.
• Prepare reports and updates for senior stakeholders.
• Support office management and rollout of Group procedures.
