Zusammenfassung

Munich Re Specialty – Global Markets (MRS-GM) is seeking a PMO Analyst to join the Manchester office on a full-time basis, with a hybrid working pattern of 2-3 days in the office.

You will support the Portfolio & Transformation Management Office in governing and reporting the Portfolio of Projects, working closely with the Lead and alignment with governance forums. The role requires experience across portfolio office services and strong data aggregation skills.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a PMO or portfolio office environment within financial services or insurance.
• Ability to govern, report and support meetings such as Change Committee and Executive Committee.
• Proven data aggregation, trend analysis and MI development for portfolio performance.

Aufgaben

• Carry out maintenance and system administration of the in-house portfolio management system GoldMine. Train users.
• Support scheduling and resource planning for Projects and Programmes with business functions.
• Manage the Portfolio calendar and prepare recurring governance meeting packs.
• Support governance meetings: arrange, circulate materials, track decisions and actions.
