Experis UK is seeking a motivated PMO Onboarding Analyst to support onboarding and coordination for a large programme. You will act as a central point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring onboarding activities are completed efficiently while delivering a positive experience for new starters.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new starters and team members.
• Track onboarding progress and follow up on actions.
• Coordinate IT equipment, access, distribution lists and passes.
• Serve as a key contact between new joiners, managers and support teams.
• Identify delays or risks and escalate as needed.
• Support PMO administration and onboarding process improvements.
• Maintain project records and ensure timely onboarding.
