Experis UK is seeking a PMO Onboarding Analyst in London/remote to join a large programme. You will coordinate onboarding, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure timely completion of all activities while maintaining a positive new-starter experience.

The role offers exposure to PMO practices, career development, and flexible remote working arrangements. Initial engagement is 12 months with potential for extension.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new starters and project team members.
• Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate records; follow up on actions.
• Coordinate requests for IT equipment, system access, and site passes.
• Act as a main contact between new joiners, managers and supporting teams.
• Identify onboarding delays, risks or issues and escalate as needed.
• Support continuous improvement of onboarding processes and reporting.
• Provide PMO administration and coordination support as required.
• Keep project records and ensure onboarding completes within agreed timescales.
