Job summary

Doocey Group in Tipton is seeking an experienced PMO Programme Manager to support the delivery of energy and utilities projects. You will establish governance, monitor controls, manage reporting processes and ensure regulatory compliance while protecting margins and forecast accuracy.

You'll collaborate with project managers, stakeholders and senior leadership, drive continuous improvement across the PMO, and deliver timely programme dashboards and KPI reporting to support strategic decision

Qualifications

• Experience in the Energies & Utilities sector or similar.
• Strong governance and compliance mindset with a track record of on-time delivery.
• Ability to collaborate with varied stakeholders including management, regulatory bodies, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Maintain PMO governance frameworks, standards, and methodologies.
• Support project and program governance and reporting.
