Job summary

MIGSO-PCUBED is seeking an experienced PMO Manager to lead the CAPEX infrastructure PMO. You will oversee EPC project lifecycles, establish governance structures, and drive cost control, scheduling, and risk management across Midlands-based projects.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, senior leadership liaison, and expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Power BI to deliver on-time, on-budget outcomes within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant field; MSc or MBA preferred.
• Experience in PMO leadership for CAPEX infrastructure.
• Proven project controls expertise in cost management and scheduling.
• Hands-on knowledge of physical programme delivery in production/facilities.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or APM; EPC certifications a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and data visualization (Power BI/Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement PMO frameworks for CAPEX programmes.
• Oversee EPC project lifecycles from feasibility to handover.
• Establish governance structures with stage-gate reviews.
• Lead project controls including cost estimation, EVM, and CPA.
• Implement scheduling tools to monitor progress and resources.
• Ensure IMS alignment with CAPEX budgets and milestones.
