Itchy Feet is seeking a highly organised Senior PMO Officer to join the Business Operations team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will support delivery and governance of the organisation's change portfolio, reporting to the Chief of Staff and working closely with the Head of Change.

As a hands-on PMO professional, you will maintain oversight of strategic, regulatory, operational, and technology change initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered consistently and transparently with

Qualifications

• Proven experience within a PMO, Project Support, Programme Support, or Portfolio Coordination environment.
• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, governance, and reporting disciplines.
• Experience in maintaining project plans, milestones, risks, issues, actions, dependencies, and decision logs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrable experience preparing reports, governance papers for senior leadership and Boards.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to challenge constructively.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a single, accurate view of all portfolio activity across strategic, regulatory, and operational change initiatives.
• Coordinate integrated change roadmaps, milestones, and key dependencies.
• Prepare agendas, governance packs, dashboards, actions, and decision logs.
• Develop and maintain PMO processes, templates, and reporting standards.
• Provide guidance to project managers on governance requirements and controls.
• Consolidate project updates into clear portfolio-level reporting.
• Track progress against scope, budgets, benefits, and quality measures.
• Maintain portfolio risks, issues, actions, assumptions, dependencies, and decisions.
• Produce reports and dashboards for Change Board, Executive Committee, and Boards.
