Job summary

Skipton International seeks a highly organised Senior PMO Officer to join our Business Operations team, supporting governance of the organisation's change portfolio. Reporting to the Chief of Staff and working with the Head of Change, this hands‑on role maintains oversight of strategic, regulatory, operational and technology change initiatives.

Qualifications

Proven experience within a PMO, Project Support, Programme Support or Portfolio Coordination environment.
Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, governance and reporting disciplines.
Excellent analytical and communication skills; ability to translate complex information into concise reports.
Experience preparing governance papers for senior leadership and boards.

Responsibilities

Maintain a single, accurate view of portfolio activity across strategic, regulatory and operational change initiatives.
Coordinate governance forums, portfolio reviews, planning meetings and stage gate activities.
Produce high-quality reporting, dashboards and presentations for executive audiences.
Monitor progress against scope, milestones, budgets and benefits.
Support budget tracking and resource planning across the portfolio.
Build strong relationships with Change, Technology, Risk and Finance teams.
