Job summary

You will maintain project plans, governance, reporting and controls throughout the lifecycle and support the introduction of business and operational change.

Qualifications

• Project management qualification or training preferred.
• Experience with PRINCE2 Foundation, APM, PMP/CAPM, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and project tools.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across locations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project plans, milestone trackers, action logs, decision logs, risk and issue registers, dependency logs, and project documentation.
• Collect, validate, and consolidate project information, preparing standard progress reports, dashboards, and presentation materials.
• Monitor agreed actions, milestones, and deliverables, following up with owners and escalating divergences or overdue items.
• Coordinate project meetings and workshops, including agendas, materials, minutes, decisions, and action follow-up.
• Use and adapt project management software, templates, and tracking tools to meet project needs and interdependencies.
• Support requirements gathering, process mapping, impact assessment, testing, implementation readiness, and handover activities.
• Coordinate defined project activities or workstreams within agreed scope, timelines, and governance arrangements.
• Support risk mitigation, change-control, and contingency-planning activities by maintaining records and monitoring actions.
• Maintain organised and complete project records following internal standards and document-management requirements.
• Provide guidance to junior project support colleagues where necessary and share standard project management practices.
• Work constructively with stakeholders across functions and locations, escalating matters requiring management direction.
