Job summary

Arcadis, a global design and consultancy leader, is seeking a Senior PMO Reporting Manager in London to lead the development and continuous improvement of project, programme and portfolio reporting.

You will drive data quality, governance and automation, moving from spreadsheet and PowerPoint reporting to dashboard-driven solutions, and partner with project controls, PMO and executive teams to deliver clear performance insights.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in PMO, project controls or performance reporting.
• Strong ability to deliver insights to senior leadership and governance forums.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with data-driven storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production of project, programme and portfolio reporting.
• Develop executive-level reporting and performance narratives.
• Coordinate inputs across project controls and delivery functions.
• Ensure data quality, integrity and governance compliance.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities through data analysis.
• Drive standardisation and reduce manual reporting effort.
• Support transition to dashboard-driven reporting tools.
• Define reporting requirements and support digital tool implementations.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and present outputs to senior leadership.
• Lead, coach and develop reporting and PMO team members.
