BT Group is seeking a senior leader to define the strategy for tooling, reporting and future capabilities across Networks Planning & Performance. You will align Jira, Power BI, PPM and AI to business priorities, and lead the rollout of improved tooling and portfolio management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering portfolio management tooling and reporting in large organisations.
• Experience configuring platforms that work for Portfolio Management.
• Built Portfolio Level Reporting & Insight across different areas of the organisation.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, change and a test‑and‑learn approach, with drive to realise ideas.
• Use data and insight to spot issues, shape decisions and improve delivery visibility.
• Able to work with different teams and build simple, usable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Networks Planning & Performance tooling strategy.
• Lead design, build and rollout of improved tooling, reporting and portfolio management capabilities.
• Create trusted data and reporting outputs that improve visibility of delivery performance.
• Partner with project, portfolio and delivery teams to simplify ways of working.
• Drive adoption of new tools and processes through guidance, training and support.
• Use automation, analytics and AI to improve planning, governance, reporting and decision making.
• Support colleagues to build future skills in tooling and data‑led delivery.
• Measure progress and continuously improve the roadmap in line with outcomes.
