Job summary

LMS Security Advisors is seeking an organised Data Analyst to support the PMO with the management, reporting and analysis of operational data. The role focuses on maintaining dashboards, reports and trackers, ensuring accuracy and clear presentation to help monitor performance.

You will develop understanding of data sources, feeding into reporting and interpretation, without being a data engineer, while building skills across reporting, dashboards, business analysis and data tools.

Qualifications

• Strong spreadsheet and reporting skills with data handling confidence.
• Experience creating, maintaining dashboards and reports.
• Ability to organise, analyse and interpret datasets.
• Timely and accurate reporting expectations.
• Prepare presentations for management.
• Identify patterns, inconsistencies or unusual data movements.
