Job summary

Square One Resources in Guernsey is seeking a mid-level PMO Analyst on a contract basis until June 2027. The role focuses on data, MI and programme reporting rather than traditional project management. Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the office.

The successful candidate will gather, analyse and present programme data to support decision-making, develop KPIs and dashboards, and produce clear reporting for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with PMO, MI, and programme reporting in financial services.
• Excellent Excel skills and large dataset handling.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Experience creating dashboards and MI reports.
• Attention to detail and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Produce regular programme MI, reporting and dashboards.
• Consolidate data from multiple project streams.
• Develop KPIs, metrics and performance indicators.
• Analyse data to identify trends and insights.
• Prepare reports for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
• Maintain complex Excel models and reporting templates.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency.
