Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a data and reporting analyst to work closely with the asset manager. You will generate and analyse data, create MI and KPI reports, and deliver daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting to support decision making and performance improvement.

The role focuses on identifying efficiency opportunities in asset management and compliance, designing dashboards, and configuring CAFM system components to meet end user needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of CAFM systems and asset management processes.
• Strong Excel and SQL skills with data manipulation ability.
• Familiarity with BI/visualisation tools for dashboarding.

Responsibilities

• Generating and analysing data and trend analysis.
• Creation and programming of MI and KPI reports.
• Daily, Weekly, Monthly and ad hoc Reporting.
• Provide information to management to aid decision making and improve performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency of asset management and compliance.
• Design and development of dashboards.
• Support complex analytics configuration to meet end user requirements.
• Interrogate the CAFM system to provide information on maintenance efficiency.
