Job summary

Acturis Ltd, a UK-based innovator in insurance technology, seeks a data analytics professional to turn timesheet, resource utilisation and project performance data into executive dashboards and insights. You will help senior leaders with workforce planning, productivity and strategic priorities.

You’ll champion data quality by promoting Jira/Tempo usage, ensuring accurate time recording, and supporting improvements in reporting and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Analyse timesheet, resource utilisation and project performance data, producing executive reporting packs, dashboards and insights that help senior leaders make informed decisions on workforce planning, productivity and strategic priorities.
• Drive consistency and data quality across the business by championing the effective use of Jira and Tempo, promoting accurate time recording, and identifying opportunities to improve reporting, productivity and project outcomes.
• Support the successful delivery of strategic projects by monitoring milestones and budgets, tracking actions, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring project progress is clearly communicated through timely status reporting and performance analysis.
