The PMO & Knowledge Manager is a key member of the Programme Management Team, supporting strategic management and planning. Responsibilities include overseeing corporate risk management, managing the ICVCM master timeline, and preparing management reports for the Senior Leadership Team and governance committees. The role involves highlighting key information, collating data to identify trends, and tracking KPIs and performance indicators.
This position also manages corporate reporting, including grant reports, in collaboration with the Operations Director. The PMO & Knowledge Manager establishes policies for secure data storage, ensures compliance with data management standards, and maintains data security in line with legislation and corporate policies. Additionally, they lead efforts to ensure ICVCM's GDPR and information security compliance.
The role includes coordinating the Business Continuity Planning process, integrating risk and issue management, and supporting ICVCM's operational efficiency to achieve its mission and objectives as it grows.

We are a fully remote organization, considering candidates with reasonable UK working hours. The UK salary range is £50,000 - £55,000, with adjustments for candidates outside the UK based on local markets.
This is a 2-year fixed-term, full-time role requiring 40 hours per week.
