Job Purpose

MGS R&D Solutions (RDS) facilitates the creation of high-quality Mars products through expertise in R&D Enterprise Systems, consultancy, testing, and laboratory governance. It provides insights for optimal R&D and Q&FS decisions.

Reporting to the Business Partnership Program Lead and as part of the Digital and Service Excellence team, this role will lead Knowledge Management initiatives across R&D Solutions, focusing on standards, training, associate experience, and governance to benefit internal teams and external stakeholders.

This global role collaborates with various associates across regions and functions, serving approximately 250 internal team members and 30,000 segment stakeholders.

Profile we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in human resources, communications, information management, library science, business, or related field
• 2-5 years of professional experience, including intranet implementation, employee portal initiatives, or internal KM best practices
• Experience in content management, content migration, portal management, and information architecture
• Fluent in English; French is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with change management and transformational projects
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations
• Stakeholder influence experience

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and advance the Knowledge Management masterplan
• Manage processes and guidelines for content quality and search optimization across platforms
• Develop and monitor Knowledge Management performance metrics and roadmaps
• Enhance the Associate Knowledge Experience using design thinking
• Monitor KPIs demonstrating the value of Knowledge Management
• Promote best practices adoption across functions and regions
• Stay updated on industry trends, generating ideas for continuous improvement
• Define functional requirements based on user and technology insights
• Coordinate across teams for consistent application of standards
• Drive new capabilities like Knowledge Lifecycle Management
• Support content owners with training and resources
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards
