Apply now for a role in our Consumer and Market Knowledge (CMK) team! In CMK, we use our curiosity to discover what consumers want, why they want it, and how we can influence them through immersive exploration, in-depth analysis, and research. We leverage advanced analytics tools and research capabilities to understand consumers, markets, and retailers.

Our CMK Managers act as internal business strategy consultants, ensuring that consumer analytics and market insights underpin our business strategies and execution. You will collaborate with multi-functional teams to explore new growth opportunities and provide insights to inform retailer, category, and brand strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding shopper behavior through designing and leading consumer research and experiments.
  • Identifying growth opportunities by integrating data from various sources into relevant models or frameworks.
  • Translating complex data into simple, actionable insights to support business decisions.
  • Innovating research methods to challenge the status quo.

Your success will depend on your ability to combine soft skills with analytical expertise to communicate research findings and influence key business partners across levels and functions.

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduates or those completing their degree by summer 2024 from any discipline with a passion for CMK; work experience exploring new career paths is also welcome.
  • Strong storytelling skills to influence across levels and functions.
  • Analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI) is an asset.
  • A passion for research, strong observational and strategic thinking skills.
  • A proactive attitude and excellent collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
