Job summary

Mining Remediation Authority is seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to support a major ERP replacement programme. In this role you will provide governance, assurance and reporting to enable effective delivery.

You'll work with programme leaders, stakeholders and external suppliers to maintain a clear view of performance, identify risks and drive timely actions. The position offers exposure to senior stakeholders and a tangible impact on transformation.

Qualifications

• PMO experience in a major transformation, ERP implementation or complex change environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the confidence to challenge and influence constructively.
• Experience with programme governance, RAID management, reporting and planning activities.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to turn complex information into meaningful insight that supports decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance, assurance, reporting and programme controls to support effective decision-making and delivery.
• Collaborate with programme leaders, business stakeholders, subject matter experts and external suppliers to maintain a clear picture of programme performance.
• Involved in governance, planning, risk and dependency management, change control, financial and resource tracking, business cases, benefits realisation and programme reporting.
