Job summary

The Mining Remediation Authority is seeking a PMO-focused professional to strengthen governance, planning and delivery across a major ERP transformation. You will partner with the Programme Manager, workstream leads and external suppliers to provide governance, insight and control across the programme.

You will coordinate governance forums, track finances and resources, and ensure risks and dependencies are actively managed to keep the programme on track and delivering benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance, planning, reporting and analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations or major programmes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clear view of programme performance and delivery confidence.
• Coordinate Programme Board and Design Authority activities and support change control.
• Track programme finances and resources; understand risks, issues and dependencies.
• Contribute to business cases, benefits tracking, communications and assurance activities.
• Support senior-level decision-making with timely governance insight.
