Job summary

Mining Remediation Authority is seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to support the Business Systems Replacement (BSR) Programme. You will provide governance, assurance, reporting and programme controls to enable informed decision-making and successful delivery.

You'll work with senior stakeholders, business leads and external suppliers to maintain a clear view of performance, identify risks and dependencies, and provide actionable insight to drive action across the ERP transformation.

Qualifications

PMO experience in major transformation, ERP implementation or complex change environments.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to challenge and influence constructively.
Experience with programme governance, RAID management, reporting and planning activities.
Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to turn complex information into actionable insights for decision-making.

Responsibilities

Provide governance, assurance, reporting and programme controls to support delivery.
Collaborate with programme leaders, business stakeholders and external suppliers to maintain clear performance visibility.
Identify risks and dependencies, challenge assumptions and provide insights to drive action.
Support senior stakeholders with effective decision-making through accurate reporting.
