Babcock is seeking a PMO Analyst at Devonport Royal Dockyard in Plymouth to support data and digital infrastructure projects. You will work with project managers, technical leads and stakeholders to ensure delivery aligns with business objectives.

The role offers a path into project controls, governance and portfolio management, turning project data into insights to help teams make informed decisions and maintain effective delivery. Onsite, full-time at 35 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting projects, programmes or PMO functions.
• Experience producing reports, dashboards and management information with a strong focus on data accuracy.
• Knowledge of project governance, controls and reporting processes.
• Experience maintaining risk, issue, action and dependency registers.
• Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilités

• Support project governance, reporting and assurance activities across the Data & Digital Infrastructure portfolio.
• Produce and analyse project reports, dashboards and management information to support decision-making.
• Maintain project schedules, milestones and risk, issue, action and dependency registers.
• Coordinate project meetings, governance reviews and stakeholder forums, tracking actions through to completion.
• Support financial tracking, forecasting, resource planning and continuous improvement of PMO processes.
