Babcock, a UK defence and security contractor, seeks a Senior Project Manager to run PMO activities for the Data & Digital Infrastructure portfolio on-site at Devonport Royal Dockyard. You will establish governance, drive delivery and provide senior-level insights to steer complex programmes.

You’ll lead governance, controls and portfolio reporting, partnering with senior leaders to ensure successful outcomes in regulated environments.

Competenze

• Experience leading PMO functions within complex project environments.
• Strong governance, assurance and project controls.
• Experience managing risks, schedules, budgets and inter-project dependencies.
• Proven ability to engage, influence and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Experience delivering digital, information technology, infrastructure or transformation programmes in highly regulated environments.

Mansioni

• Lead PMO activities across the Data & Digital Infrastructure portfolio.
• Establish governance, project controls and assurance frameworks.
• Monitor project performance, budgets, forecasts, risks and dependencies, with corrective actions.
• Produce and present portfolio reporting to senior leaders and customers.
• Drive continuous improvement and build PMO capability across the portfolio.
