Base pay range

A leading Japanese investment bank is looking for an experienced, all-rounded PMO Analyst within financial services to join their Enterprise Program Management (EPM) team.

The EPM team is currently overseeing 2 key programmes of work, focusing on systems migration within their Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance areas.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Deliver the PMO function for the specific project within the EPM Portfolio, ensuring best practices in governance, reporting, planning, and support services.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the project.
• Update the RAID Log and follow up on mitigating solutions with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain the communication strategy of the project, including distribution lists and meeting attendee lists.

Key requirements:

• Knowledge of Jira, Monday.com, and Confluence systems.
• Experience working as a PMO Analyst within financial services, particularly within KYC/CLM teams.
• Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
