A PMO analyst is required to join the organisation, working as part of a small team alongside one other PMO supporting a variety of client-facing and internal projects and programmes. Reporting to the Operations Director, the PMO will hold a multifaceted role of operational oversight and day-to-day project execution. The PMO Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee client requests and responses, update reporting to generate data-driven insights, and contribute to the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
The PMO analyst will also be responsible for preparing quotes, generating SOWs, responding to RFI's, and overseeing monthly company meet-ups. The PMO analyst will work closely with engagement and delivery managers in setting up and monitoring projects, including client and consultant onboarding activities. They will support resource allocation and tracking across projects by maintaining accurate records of resource availability, allocations, and dependencies.
You should have experience supporting projects and programmes, ideally gained within a software consultancy or similar organisation. Experience supporting software development projects and understanding software development methodologies and practices is desirable. Experience in preparing quotes, responding to RFI's, and preparing SOWs would be advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and JIRA is required.
