Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in warehouse, parcel sortation, logistics or similar environments.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination across multiple teams.
• Ability to adapt quickly in high-volume PM operations.
• Familiarity with warehouse scanners and basic reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the PM shift sortation team to achieve daily volume, productivity and quality targets.
• Allocate manpower across sortation lines and work areas based on parcel volume and priorities.
• Conduct shift briefings, communicate targets, workload and safety requirements.
• Monitor attendance, lateness and staffing levels; escalate shortages.
• Oversee parcel flow, resolve backlogs and bottlenecks; ensure timely cut-offs.
