Job summary

DPD UK is recruiting an experienced Sortation Manager to strengthen our hub operations team. You will lead a night shift of warehouse operatives, ensuring they are engaged, organised and motivated while unloading or loading trailers for departures across our depot network.

You will oversee accurate parcel sortation to meet KPIs, with a focus on health and safety, productivity and cost. Strong leadership, communication, data reporting and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced operation with people management responsibility.
• Strong communication skills to inspire and manage a team.
• Decisive and effective decision-making and problem resolution.
• High resilience, self-motivation and flexibility.
• Excellent computer skills with Google Chrome applications.
• Ability to report and analyse data for performance tracking.
• Vigilance to prevent unscrupulous activity and take swift action.

• UK driving licence is required.
