Job summary

Evri is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to join the PM shift at the National Returns Centre in Rugby, on a permanent basis with a salary of £31,487 per annum. You will lead a team of Warehouse Operatives and drive performance, ensuring orders and returns are processed on time and to standard.

Working closely with the Shift Manager, you’ll allocate resources, develop staff, maintain health and safety, and report on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics or retail operation with prior supervision/leadership
• Ability to work on PM shift and manage a team
• Comfortable with KPIs and performance targets
• Strong communication and organisational skills

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate your team throughout the shift
• Monitor productivity, throughput, quality and operational KPIs
• Ensure customer orders and returns are processed accurately and on time
• Allocate resources effectively and respond to changing priorities
• Support training, development and performance of colleagues
• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, quality and housekeeping
• Complete operational reporting and provide clear performance updates
• Identify issues quickly and help keep the operation on track
• Look for opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
