Job summary

Evri in Barnsley Hub is seeking an experienced Process Supervisor for the PM shift (2:00pm–10:00pm). You will own a designated operational zone, lead a team of Warehouse Operatives, and ensure parcels pass safely, accurately and on time.

You’ll use KPIs to drive performance, coach colleagues, maintain health and safety standards, and report on productivity, throughput and service. The role requires hands-on leadership, on-floor visibility and a proactive, problem-solving mindset to keep the

• Experience leading or supervising operational teams.
• Confident managing people in a target-driven environment.
• Experience with KPIs, productivity measures or operational performance data.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems when priorities change.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Clear focus on safety, quality and service.
• Confident using IT systems for operational reporting.
• Hands-on leadership style, visible on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Own a designated operational zone and work with the Process Manager to deliver a safe, efficient and high-performing shift.
• Lead, motivate and manage a team of Warehouse Operatives throughout the PM operation.
• Own productivity, throughput, quality and service performance within your area.
• Use KPIs and live data to monitor performance and take action when off track.
• Respond quickly to changing parcel volumes and priorities.
• Drive high standards across sortation quality, scanning accuracy and service performance.
• Identify opportunities to reduce damages, claims and errors.
• Coach and develop colleagues through feedback and briefings.
• Ensure accurate reporting and records are completed on time.
• Maintain high health and safety, hygiene and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with Process Manager and leadership to keep the operation running smoothly.
• Lead from the front, fostering accountability and teamwork.
