Job summary

Evri in Enfield is seeking a Day Shift Warehouse Supervisor to join our Depot Management team. You will lead a mixed team of Loaders, Sorters and Drivers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and accurate parcel processing.

You will coach and manage staff on shift, hit SLA targets, and uphold HSES rules in a fast-paced logistics environment, with clear pathways to progression within the function and wider business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Ability to work on own initiative in a pressurised setting.
• Proven track record of achieving daily targets and SLAs.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office.
• Understanding of transport regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of up to 30 direct reports on the shift.
• Develop reports and ensure SLA targets are met.
• Ensure compliance with site's HSES rules.
• Process BI/MI reports based on driver and loader output.
• Prioritise projects and deliverables for the shift.
