Job summary

evri is seeking an experienced PM Shift Supervisor for Barnsley Hub. You will lead a team of Warehouse Operatives during the 2:00pm–10:00pm PM shift, ensuring parcels move safely, accurately and on time.

You will own a designated operational zone, drive performance against KPIs, and maintain high standards of safety, quality and service while coaching colleagues and reporting on shift outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising operational teams.
• Experience using KPIs or performance data to drive improvements.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage a team of Warehouse Operatives during the PM operation.
• Take ownership of productivity, throughput, quality and service within your area.
• Use KPIs and live data to monitor performance and take action when targets aren’t met.
• Respond to changing parcel volumes and priorities to maintain flow.
• Drive high standards in sortation quality, scanning accuracy and load presentation.
• Identify opportunities to reduce damages, claims and errors.
• Coach and develop colleagues through feedback and 1-2-1s.
• Ensure accurate operational reporting and records.
• Maintain health and safety and compliance across the shift.
• Collaborate with the Process Manager and leadership to keep things running smoothly.
