Job summary

I2I Recruitment is looking for a branch-based sales/customer service role focused on plumbing and heating products. You will develop relationships with customers, provide product advice and quotations, and process orders at the trade counter.

Ideal candidates will have experience in plumbing/heating or builders merchant environments, strong customer service skills, and a professional attitude. Regular hours with Saturday rotation and career development opportunities are offered.

• Good product knowledge within plumbing & heating.

• Ability to handle face-to-face and telephone enquiries.
• Accurate order processing and quotation skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with plumbing & heating customers.
• Providing product advice, quotations, and processing customer orders.
• Promoting complementary products and increasing sales opportunities.
• Handling trade counter transactions and supporting loading/unloading goods.
• Ensuring a professional, friendly service at all times.
• Assisting with branch operations and supporting colleagues during busy periods.
• Monitoring competitor activity and supporting branch sales initiatives.
