Job summary

Thirteen Group is seeking a Plumber to join our Repairs Team in Tees Valley. You will work with a supportive team, carrying out high-standard repairs with planned workloads and access to a company van, fuel card and tools.

You should hold NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing, have relevant plumbing experience, a valid UK driving licence, and be comfortable using mobile devices to record work. The role emphasizes safety, collaboration and effective service delivery.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Support our repairs team, to make sure our homes meet the highest standards for our customers. We'll provide you with a company van, fuel card, tools and any PPE you'll need for the role.


• Jobs are planned for you by our Work Planners so you can concentrate on carrying out repairs to a high standard, ensuring ‘right first time’ wherever possible.


• Work primarily in the vibrant Tees Valley area (Hartlepool, Stockton, Middlesbrough), with occasional travel beyond.


• Contribute to our ‘TradePlus’ scheme, acquiring diverse skills to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

About You

• Have relevant experience in plumbing and holds an NVQ level 3.


• Skilled in general semi-skilled works and eager to assist in various trades.


• Must possess a valid UK driving licence.


• Comfortable using digital devices or be willing to learn. We use mobile and hand‑held devices to allocate jobs and for you to record your completion of work.


• A commitment to safe working practices and a good grasp of health and safety regulations.
