Job summary

Fraser Edwards Recruitment in London is seeking a skilled plumber to carry out domestic maintenance work, including showers, baths, toilets and leaks, across domestic properties and communal areas. You will perform 1st, 2nd and final fixes and use a PDA to record daily activity.

The role requires a full driving licence and a valid plumbing qualification (NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds). Standard hours are Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, with 40 hours per week, offering a company van, pension and progression

Qualifications

• Full Driving License; company van provided.
• NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing or City and Guilds is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide reactive maintenance of domestic properties and communal areas.
• Fault find and ensure satisfactory fault rectification.
• Complete plumbing installations and associated works.

The Role
