18 Recruitment Limited is seeking a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Plumber to support repairs, maintenance and small works across a social housing portfolio in Dartford and surrounding areas.

You will work across occupied and void properties delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service, with opportunities for career development within a supportive team.

Requires NVQ Level 2/3 plumbing qualification, a Full UK driving licence, and strong fault-finding skills.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 Plumbing qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in domestic properties or social housing environments.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance across occupied and void social housing properties.
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing faults including leaks, blockages, heating system issues, and sanitary ware repairs.
• Complete planned and reactive maintenance works efficiently and to a high standard.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with current health and safety regulations.
• Deliver a professional and customer-focused service to residents and housing providers.
• Accurately complete job reports and paperwork as required.
