You will work across occupied and void properties delivering high-quality plumbing services with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Requirements include NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing and a Full UK driving licence, plus strong fault-finding and communication skills.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 Plumbing qualification.
• Proven experience in domestic properties or social housing.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance across occupied and void social housing properties.
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing faults including leaks, blockages, heating system issues, and sanitary ware repairs.
• Complete planned and reactive maintenance works efficiently and to a high standard.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with current health and safety regulations.
• Deliver a professional and customer-focused service to residents and housing providers.
• Accurately complete job reports and paperwork as required.
