Job summary

Fortus Recruitment Group Limited is seeking an experienced Plumber to work across social housing properties in Epping Forest and surrounding areas. You will carry out repairs, maintenance and installations to a high standard, in occupied and void properties, following health and safety regulations.

This permanent, full-time role includes a company van and fuel card, with an out-of-hours rota (1 in 4 weeks) paid at £50 per call-out.

The Role

Fortus Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber, working across social housing properties in Epping Forest and the surrounding areas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out plumbing repairs, maintenance and installations within occupied and void properties, ensuring all works are completed to a high standard and in accordance with relevant health, safety and industry regulations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled plumber looking for a stable, permanent position with a company van and fuel card provided.

This role will require to participate in in the out of hours rota which is 1 week in every 4 weeks which is paid £50 per call out.
