Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Limited is seeking an experienced Plumber for a social housing maintenance contract across the Bolton area. This temporary role offers an ongoing workload with a competitive hourly rate, and weekly pay.

Responsibilities include responsive repairs, installations in kitchens and bathrooms, and maintaining high standards of customer service when dealing with tenants.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent is required.
• Experience working in social housing or domestic maintenance is required.
• A full UK driving licence is required.

• Repair and replace taps, toilets, sinks, baths and showers.
• Identify and resolve plumbing faults across hot and cold-water systems.

We are currently looking for an experienced Plumber to join a busy social housing maintenance contract covering properties across the Bolton area. This is a temporary position with ongoing work available for the right candidate.

The successful Plumber will be responsible for completing a range of plumbing repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works across both occupied and void social housing properties.

Your New Role

As a Plumber, your responsibilities will include:

• Completing responsive plumbing repairs and general maintenance.
• Repairing and replacing taps, toilets, sinks, baths, and showers.
• Identifying and resolving plumbing issues and faults.
• Working on both hot and cold-water systems.
• Carrying out plumbing installations within kitchens and bathrooms.
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within required target timescales.
• Working within occupied and void domestic properties.
• Providing a professional and high level of customer service when dealing with tenants.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• NVQ Level 2 or an equivalent qualification in Plumbing.
• Previous experience working within social housing or domestic maintenance.
• A full UK Driving Licence.
