Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Plumber to join a busy reactive maintenance team working across occupied social housing properties in Benfleet/ Thurrock.

You will carry out reactive plumbing repairs, diagnose leaks, and complete first-time fixes where possible, while delivering a courteous service in tenants' homes. This is ongoing, full-time work with a driver-friendly role in social housing environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in reactive plumbing maintenance.
• Previous social housing experience is preferred.
• Full UK driving licence.
• NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Level 2 (trade qualification) or Blue CSCS.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive plumbing repairs in occupied social housing properties.
• Diagnose and repair leaks, burst pipes, toilets, taps, showers, sinks, and waste systems.
• Complete first-time fixes wherever possible.
• Undertake minor multi-trade works where required.
• Provide a professional and courteous service while working in tenants' homes.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
